WHAT IS ANTIMICROBIAL TECHNOLOGY?

The antibacterial and antiviral properties of the gloves are achieved by treating the textiles. Similar to impregnation, the ReacH-compliant active ingredients are washed into the ElephantSkin products. As a result, the gloves retain their antimicrobial effect even after numerous washes at up to 60°C.

NORDSHIELD BIOLAYR

NordShield BioLayr® is a non-biocidal concentrate for the water-based treatment of textiles to create a durable layer that physically repels certain microorganisms on textiles. It provides a smooth, ultra-thin coating on the fiber surface without negatively affecting the inherent properties of the textile.
